Andi Dorfman and her fiancé, Josh Murray, have reportedly split temporarily as Murray needed time off from the "Bachelorette" star to analyse the state of his relationship.

Rumours of a split have been doing the rounds ever since the 10th season of "The Bachelorette" ended with Dorfman choosing Murray as the winner. Over the weeks, a number of reports have claimed that Dorfman is in the relationship for fame, and Murray has supposedly started suspecting that there might be some truth to these claims.

A source close to the former professional athlete told Celeb Dirty Laundry that the couple have separated temporarily and that Murray has gone away on business.

"Josh thought that after The Bachelorette ended, he and Andi were going to be a normal couple, but all of the stress of the tabloids has worn him down. He is beginning to think that the rumors are true and all Andi cares about is the fame," the source said.

Dorfman and Murray recently signed up with marketing and entertainment agency MELT ATL to handle their publicity, and this is said to have confirmed Murray's suspicion that all Dorfman cared about was fame, the Celeb Dirty Laundry source added.

"He feels likes a pawn, and Andi signing them with a talent manager was really the last straw," the source said.

If rumours are true, then the couple is next expected to appear on "Dancing with the Stars," where they will compete against each other.

Reports of a tension between Dorfman and Murray started circulating soon after season 10 of "The Bachelorette" ended with contestant Nick Viall confessing that he slept with Dorfman during their Fantasy Suite date.

This bombshell is said to have made Murray insecure about his future with the former assistant district attorney.

"There are major jealousy, control and trust issues," a source told OK! Magazine. "Josh is insecure — and Andi is finding it really unattractive."

"Josh is still disgusted," that Dorfman slept with Viall. "He tries to act laid-back, but the whole thing is really bugging him."
