New Delhi, Feb 08 (ANI): Commenting on the negative reaction by Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy on the clearance of Telangana bill by the cabinet, Congress leader V Hanumantha Rao said that Reddy was playing a game and taking advantage of the situation. He said that Reddy was never opposed to the bifurcation and that he had accepted it when Congress promised about it and left everything on Congress President Sonia Gandhi. Rao also blamed the state chief of unnecessarily blaming the UPA government.
