Muzaffarnagar/Lucknow, Sep 10 (ANI): BJP President Amit Shah has been booked by the Muzaffarnagar Police on Wednesday for his hate speech during the campaigning of the recent Lok Sabha elections. FIRs had been lodged in Bijnor and Shamli, where Shah had reportedly said that it was the time to seek revenge by casting vote for BJP. The two separate FIRs were lodged against the BJP Chief under section 153A of IPC and section 125 of Representation of People's act. BJP leader Vijay Bahadur Pathak said that BJP will reply to the chargesheet according to the law. He further said that the UP government is also attributing Amit Shah for the speeches which he never said.
