The "America's Got Talent" 2014 elimination round had some shocking element with six semifinalists being sent home on Wednesday after judges showered praises for their performances on Tuesday. The most shocking of all was the elimination of Mara Justine.

The 12-years-old singer mesmerized everyone with her rendition of "Perfect" by Pink with a backing choir on Tuesday. She earned the praises of the judges with Mel B and Howard Stern describing her performance as "perfect". However, she was sent packing on Wednesday.

The show started with host Nick Cannon calling out the fifth, sixth, and seventh-place finishers Emil and Dariel, Miguel Dakota and Sons of Serendip (in no particular order) for Snapple Save.

Emily West and Mara Justine were called on stage. West, who performed "Nights In White Satin" by The Moody Blue on Tuesday, entered the finals and Justine was sent home.

AcroArmy and Blue Journey were the next to know their fate in the show. AcroArmy made it to the top 6 and the shadow dancing duo were sent packing. The acrobats performed a red-hot Chinese theme while Blue Journey performed a routine with a shadow hand during the live show.

Quintavious Johnson and Christian Stoinev were the next to be called to the stage. The 12-year-old singer made it while Stoinev was shown the doors. Johnson rendered Mary J. Blige's hit song,"I'm Going Down" while Stoinev performed a police-themed act to "Latch" by Disclosure on Tuesday.

Then magicians - David and Leeman, Mat Franco and Mike Super were called to the stage for the final spot. Mat Franco made it to the finals while the other two were sent home.

It was time for the results of the Snapple Save to be revealed. Emil and Dariel, Miguel Dakota and Sons of Serendip took the stage again. America voted for Sons of Serendip. Then the judges - Howie Mandel, Howard Stern, Mel B and Heidi Klum – had to pick the sixth and final spot. Interestingly, America had to pick the winner after Mel B and Klum picked Miguel Dakota while Mandel and Stern chose Emil and Dariel. At the end, Miguel Dakota, who performed "Gimme Shelter" by The Rolling Stones on Tuesday, made it to the finals.
