Nainital, Jan 22 (ANI): In a bid to empower poor women, An NGO named Pahal in Nainital city of Uttarakhand started an all-women bank to help them become self-reliant and take loans to start their own businesses. The NGO formed a self help group and gave them essential training to understand the functioning of banks, how to open bank accounts, take loans and on how to save money.
