Aligarh, Dec 22 (ANI): Aligarh, located in the northern state of Uttar Pradesh, is an educational and commercial hub of India. The people of the area, despite belonging to different religions, have always upheld national integration and communal harmony. One such example is of Shiva Temple in the city which has been built by a Muslim, Babu Khan. The temple besides helping the poor Hindu community, also aims at strengthening the Hindu-Muslim bond in the locality. Khan himself prays at the Temple as per Hindu practices and beliefs. Not only in construction of Temples, Khan also helps in fixing marriages and makes necessary arrangements for it. Hindus of the locality have developed a strong bond for Khan and hold him in high regard for his community services.
