Ajith Kumar, as reported earlier, is taking a short break from films to be with his family. Now, we hear that his next movie with Siruthai Siva will begin in April.

The latest buzz says that Ajith's next movie, which is temporarily called by the name "Thala 56", will hit the floors on 14 April for Tamil New Year. There are also rumours that the movie might begin on 16 April considering the Thursday sentiment of producer AM Rathnam.

As far as the script is concerned, "Thala 56" will be a family entertainer like Ajith-Siva's earlier movie "Veeram". There were reports that the actor might be playing dual roles in the Tamil movie. But it appears like the actor is playing only one character with multiple shades.

Why Delay in the Shooting?
Ajith and his wife Shalini are expecting their second baby and this reason has made the actor spend some time with his family. Even though the movie might kick-start on afore-mentioned date, it is not sure when the regular shooting is going to begin. The opening schedule is expected to begin in a foreign country.

Cast and Crew
There have been many speculations on who will be playing the female lead role. The latest name to do rounds is none other than Shruti Haasan. However, it is not sure whether she has bagged it or the talks are on for the female lead role.

Meanwhile, Ajith is basking in the success of his recent release "Yennai Arindhaal". The Tamil movie, which has Trisha Krishnan and Anushka Shetty in the female lead roles, is directed by Gautham Menon and produced by AM Rathnam.
