The trailer of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's "Jazbaa" was released on Tuesday and received mixed response from critics.
Although most of the critics gave a thumbs up to the trailer, there were some who panned it. And that evidendly didn't go down well with director Sanjay Gupta.
The director of "Jazbaa" posted multiple tweets expressing his excitement and thanked all those people who liked the trailer. At the same time, he also posted some not-so-pleasant comments about critics who slammed the much awaited video.
Some of these pseudo critics are wannabe directors walking around with scripts & all their frustration comes out in their reviews.— Sanjay Gupta (@_SanjayGupta) August 26, 2015
A little later, the director posted another tweet asserting that he is ready to accept criticism but not ready to be ridiculed.
I accept criticism whole heartedly as a reminder of the mistakes I may have made. But will not accept ridicule in the name of criticism.— Sanjay Gupta (@_SanjayGupta) August 26, 2015
He is also said to have posted some more harsh words for the critics but later deleted the tweet.
I just deleted a tweet. When there is so much praise, happiness and joy on my TL then why get into any negativity at all? :-)))— Sanjay Gupta (@_SanjayGupta) August 26, 2015
