Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's Comeback Film 'Jazbaa' to Release on 9 October

Update: Director Sanjay Gupta confirmed the release date of his action thriller "Jazbaa" starring Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Irrfan Khan and Shabana Azmi. 

"Let the countdown begin! J A Z B A A releases October 9th, 2015," Gupta tweeted. 

Original: Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's comeback film "Jazbaa" will hit screens this year, but the makers haven't officially announced the release date.

However, looks like director Sanjay Gupta has dropped a hint about the release date of his upcoming action thriller film.

According to Gupta's tweet, "Jazbaa" will hit screens worldwide on 9 October.

"9th October, 2015 will be the most important day for me this year," the filmmaker tweeted.

The film, which is a remake of South Korean film "Seven Days", also features Irrfan Khan, Anupam Kher, Shabana Azmi and Priya Banerjee in important roles.

Following Gupta's tweet, the fans were in a frenzy trying to guess what it is about.
