Aishwarya Dhanush is planning her second directorial venture, this time with her superstar father Rajinikanth.

According to reports, Aishwarya is in talks with Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar for the remake of his superhit film "OMG! Oh My God!" in Tamil.

The "3" movie director was reportedly in Mumbai last Sunday to meet Akshay.  

"Good morning tweeps...off to bombay on work for the day..gonna be a busy busy sunday:-) hope urs atleast turns out to be crazy lazy!" she tweeted.

"Spent a lovely afternoon with @akshaykumar :-) such a positive person !" she said.

After her directorial debut with "3" starring Dhanush and Shruti Haasan, Aishwarya is planning to cast Rajinikanth and her husband Dhanush in the Tamil version of "OMG! Oh My God".

"Yes, Aishwaryaa is still in talks with Akshay Kumar whom she knows for a while now. However, they are yet to officially sign on this," The Times of India quoted a source as saying.

Earlier, it was reported that Akshay approached Rajinikanth to play the role of Lord Krishna in the Tamil version. The rights of the film were acquired by Krishna Prasad and it is co-produced by Akshay.

"OMG! Oh My God!" is a satirical-comedy-drama film starring Paresh Rawal in the lead role. It also features Akshay Kumar, Lubna Salim, Mithun Chakraborty, Poonam Jhawer, Govind Namdeo, Mahesh Manjrekar, Nidhi Subbaiah, Murli Sharma and Om Puri in supporting roles.

The movie is based on a Gujarati play called "Kanji Virudh (vs) Kanji". It received positive responses and was declared to be a superhit.
