Bollywood actor Salman Khan is currently making headlines for disappointing his colleagues. The recent buzz is that singer Sonu Nigam is miffed with the "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" star.

After upsetting Kapil Sharma, Salman has reportedly angered Sonu Nigam too. Last month, T-Series paid tribute to late Gulshan Kumar and celebrated his life and achievements by organising an event named "Suron Ke Rang – Salaam Shri Gulshan Kumar".

Several celebs, including Salman, Hrithik Roshan, Ranbir Kapoor, Deepika Padukone and many others, were present at the event. Sonu Nigam was the host of the show.

The show brought together over 30 musical stalwarts and more than 60 popular and unique compositions of three decades.

However, when Salman was welcomed on stage by the host Sonu Nigam, the actor surprised everyone with his comments. He said that he does not need any playback singer for his films, according to Bollywood Life.

It seems after crooning in just two films, Salman does not want anyone to sing for him.

"Sonu looked visibly upset about Salman's comments. Khan was adamant to prove that singers have a very easy job to do. He even went on to say that he has a decent voice that can be bettered with technology and made to sound good, then why would he need a Sonu Nigam or anyone else to croon for him," Bollywood Life quoted a source as saying.

"And obviously Sonu did not take this very well. In fact there was a fun segment that was to be shot between Salman and Sonu, which was then scrapped," the insider further said.

Earlier, in "Kick", the actor had crooned the 'Hangover' version and claimed that he was as good as Sonu. According to Salman, the singers should not be given much weightage, while Sonu felt that singing was a skill and talent, another source told Bollywood Life.

It further reported that the "Prem Ratan Dhan Payo" actor continued to challenge Sonu when he started humming Hrithik Roshan's "Agneeepath" song 'Abhi Mujhme Kahi' on "Bigg Boss 8".

Only time will tell whether it is a war between Bollywood's ace actor and singer or not? But, the audience is quite clear that both of them are best at their respective jobs.
