Even as Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol starrer "Dilwale" is running housefull in theatres, the actress has already planned her next project.

Last year, it was reported that Kajol will be working with husband Ajay Devgn in his production venture. But the project had to be pushed as Ajay started working on his dream project "Shivaay" and Kajol went on to sign Rohit Shetty's "Dilwale".

But it looks like things have finally fallen in place and the "Dilwale" actress is all set to work with Ajay.

"Yes, we have planned a film under the ADF (Ajay Devgn Ffilms) banner. We have a script in hand and are just refining it further with a couple of important things that need to be sorted," Kajol told DNA.

Kajol and Ajay's film will go on floors in June next year. Earlier, there were reports that the film is a women-centric film; however, the details of the project are still under wraps.

"We have finalised the director. We'll soon reveal the film's title, genre and my character's details," said Kajol.

Talking about her being choosy about her roles, the "Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge" actress told the daily: "Ajay's thinking is different and mine is different. I think of myself from a worker perspective and would basically do what I like doing. Fortunately, I have a financial ability to do certain films only if I want to. I would do that from script to script. I would step into a film only if I am able to justify my presence there."

Kajol and Ajay had last worked together in "U, Me Aur Hum" (2008). Although the film failed to make it big at the box office, Kajol and Ajay's fans would want them to recreate the magic once again on screen.
