Kabul, Sept 30 (ANI): Afghanistan will on Tuesday sign a crucial security agreement allowing the United States to leave a small contingent of troops in the country beyond this year, US officials said. Speaking in Kabul, White House counselor John Podesta said it was a positive move. The bilateral security agreement, or BSA, will allow nearly 10,000 US troops to remain in Afghanistan after the international combat mission ends on December 31.
