Kareena Kapoor Khan recently praised the performances of Ranbir Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Anushka Sharma in Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, but the actress did not mention Fawad Khan's name.

Kareena appeared at JIO MAMI 18th Mumbai Film Festival and while talking to media, the actress said that she had seen Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. She applauded the cast's performance and the director.

"I loved the film. I think all actors whether it's Ranbir or Anushka or Aishwarya, everyone has done such a fantastic job in the film. Audience is going to love the film. I think it's Karan's best," Kareena told media when asked if she liked ADHM.

Kareena mentioned the names of the three lead actors in the film, but she missed Fawad's name. However, she said everyone in Ae Dil Hai Mushkil have performed well. It is not clear if she deliberately did not mention Fawad's name due to the ongoing controversy regarding Pakistani artists in India.

The Veere Di Wedding actress was also asked to comment on the controversy, but she chose to duck the question smartly. "I think MAMI is the place where we celebrate cinema. I don't think it's the place to talk about controversy and we should not spoil the mood talking about something that has already been resolved," Kareena said when asked to comment on ADHM row.

Karan Johar had a joint meeting with Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray and Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis where it was decided that the director would donate Rs 5 crore to the Indian Army fund in order to allow the release of ADHM.
