Just a few days after stealing the recently concluded Grammy Awards with six Grammys, British singer Adele is hit by a fake sex tape.

A French tabloid has published fake photos of the 23-year-old singer claiming to have been taken from her sex tape made by her ex-boyfriend.

However, Adele rubbished the reports of her sex tape and has decided to sue the French magazine 'Public'. She has reportedly asked lawyers Schillings to take legal action against the magazine for publishing false story.

"'We are informed that the French magazine Public has today published images which it claims show our client in a sex tape. Our client has not appeared in a sex tape as claimed in the article. Our client does not appear in the photographs. Such claims are untrue and grossly defamatory. Our client is taking legal action in relation to this matter," Daily Mail quoted a statement from the singer.

The reports of the fake sex tape came on the wake of the "Rolling in the Deep" singer winning all the six nominations at the recently concluded 54th Grammy Awards.
