"RangiTaranga" actor Nirup Bhandari has married long-time girlfriend Dhanya in Mysuru. The wedding was graced by some popular names of Sandalwood.
The couple tied the knot in the presence of their friends and relatives. Actor Saikumar, Rakshit Shetty, Radhika Chetan, Avantika Shetty, Krishna Ajai Rao, Rishab Shetty and a few others attended the wedding in the cultural capital of Karnataka, the Times of India reported.
The couple reportedly wanted the marriage to be a private event, hence not many from the film industry were invited.
The marriage was performed according to Hindu customs. After being in a relationship for many years, they finally got engaged in September 2015.
Dhanya is a software professional who works in the U.S.
Nirup Bhandari made his acting debut with "RangiTaranga" last year. The movie, which was directed by his brother Anup Bhandari, was the biggest hit at the box office in Sandalwood. It set new benchmarks and created history by making a record business in foreign countries, including the U.S.
However, the actor has not accepted any offer after his dream debut. Apparently, he will join hands again with his brother Anup Bhandari, who is yet to open up on his next flick.
"Will soon update about our next project," the director revealed via Facebook recently.
