New Delhi, Sep 15 (ANI): Pakistan High Commissioner to India Abdul Basit had to face flak on Monday after his remarks on Hafiz Saeed. Abdul Basit said that he is a Pakistani national and is free to go anywhere he wants to. Salmming Basit for his remark, BJP leader Sambit Patra said that Hafiz Saeed is the mastermind of 26/11 and has killed many people. He further said that BJP has made it clear to Pakistan that talks and terror cannot go hand in hand. CPI leader D Raja said that Government of India should ask Pakistan government to not to allow its soil to be used by terrorists. NCP leader DP Tripathi condemning Abdul Basit's statement said that Hafiz Saeed is a terrorist and Basit's statement shows that Pakistan supports terror. to roam freely.
