New Delhi, Dec 21 (ANI): Commenting on war of words between AAP and Congress calling each other cheaters and using demeaning languages, BJP leader VK Malhotra said that AAP is spreading anarchy and lack any experience in politics. He said that AAP should function according to the Constitution. Malhotra further said that the party has suddenly got to a high position with a wave of the situation and will soon be back to their original place.
