New Delhi, Jan 16 (ANI): AAP ministers Somnath Bharti and Rakhi Birla both have accused the Delhi Police for negligence. Law Minister Somnath Bharti has alleged that his attempt to carry out a surprise raid on what he alleged was a drug and prostitution ring was denied by the Delhi Police, who refused to act. Meanwhile, Rakhi Birla, AAP's youngest minister who looks after women's affairs, accused policemen of shielding people who had allegedly attempted a murder for dowry.
