Aamir Khan: After playing an engineering student in "3 Idiots", Aamir, for his upcoming film "Dangal", has undergone a massive body transformation to fit into the role of a wrestler. The actor has gained around 30 kilos and will be seen playing a 55-year-old father.

Hrithik Roshan: The actor gained a lot of weight to portray a paraplegic in "Guzaarish" and for "Bang Bang", he switched to a lean and sexy physique. 

Farhan Akhtar: Farhan went through a rigorous training to get the perfect body of an Olympic athlete for "Bhaag Milkha Bhaag". Apparently, Farhan trained himself for around two years to achieve the physique of a sportsman.

Priyanka Chopra: Priyanka was highly praised for her portrayal of the character of five-time world boxing champion Mary Kom in "Mary Kom". The gorgeous actress transformed herself to get some perfect cut muscles like that of the champion boxer.
