"Pazhagikalaam", the promo video song of the upcoming film, "Aambala", has been released. It features director Sundar C as well as actors Vishal and Hansika, besides Hip Hop Thamizha, who has written and composed the song.
The song, which has already become popular on social media, is a fast peppy number choreographed with some highly energetic background dancers. It also gives a glimpse of the locations and behind-the-scene settings.
Earlier, it was reported that the film will have five different composers, but the makers later confirmed that Hip Hop Thamizha will be the sole composer.
Vishal and Sundar have previously worked together in "Madha Gaja Raja", which is yet to be released.
Meanwhile, the upcoming venture is Hansika's third movie with the director. They have previously worked together for films including "Theeya Velai Seiyyanum Kumaru" (2013) and "Aranmanai" (2014). Both the films received positive response from the critics and audience. The actress is also awaiting release of other movies like "Vaalu" opposite Simbu, "Meaghamann" opposite Arya, "Uyire Uyire" opposite Siddhu, and "Romeo Juliet" opposite Jayam Ravi.
"Aambala" has a huge star cast including Vaibhav Reddy, Santhanam, Sathish, Madhuurima, Madhavi Latha, Ramya Krishnan, Kiran Rathod, Aishwarya, Tulais, Rajeev Govinda Pillai, Vichu Vishwanath and Kanal Kannan. The film also has Andrea Jeremiah in guest appearance.
The cinematography is handled by Gopi Amarnath and the editing is done by NB Srikanth. The upcoming movie is jointly produced by Kushboo Sundar and Vishal.
