The Trivikram-directed movie "A...Aa" has collected $342,590 from 95+ screens at the US box office in its second weekend. Its collection is much bigger than that of many big-ticket Telugu films. Leading trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted, "Telugu film #AAaMovie - USA - Week 2: Fri $ 101,890, Sat $ 157,609, Sun $ 83,091. Total: $ 2,252,268 [â'¹ 15.12 cr]. WOW! @Rentrak (sic)."

"A...Aa" has topped the U.S. collection chart for Indian movies, while "Housefull 3" and "Te3n" landed in the second and third spots, respectively. The Amitabh Bachchan starrer has collected $228,589 from 104 screens at the U.S. box office in its opening weekend. The Nithin and Samantha starrer has collected a total of $2,252,268 (Rs. 15.12 crore) at the U.S. box office in 11 days. The movie has become the highest-grossing Telugu movie of 2016, beating the record of Junior NTR's "Nannaku Prematho," which collected $2.19 million. The film has also become the third highest grossing Telugu film of all time in the country after "Baahubali" and "Srimanthudu."

"A...Aa" is now fast inching towards surpassing the $2.5 million mark at the U.S. box office. The movie needs approximately $247,732 to achieve this rare feat. As per its current trends the movie is likely to cross this in the coming days.
