The nominations for the 63rd Britannia Filmfare Awards were declared during a press meet in Hyderabad on Tuesday, June 7. In the Malayalam category, Prithviraj Sukumaran's blockbuster movie "Ennu Ninte Moideen" has been nominated in all 10 categories, including best film, director, actor, actress, supporting actor, supporting actress, music, lyrics and singers (male and female).

The tragic romantic film, based on the real life story of BP Moideen and Kanchanamala, was well accepted by the audience and so far, the lead actors have bagged many awards for their performance in RS Vimal's debut directorial venture. The film is followed by Dulquer Salmaan's "Charlie" and Mammootty's "Pathemari," which have been nominated under seven categories each. The other top film on the list is Nivin Pauly's superhit romantic family entertainer "Premam," which has been nominated under six categories.

Prithviraj's "Anarkali," "Ennu Ninte Moideen," Mammootty's "Pathemari," Dulquer's "Charlie" and Nivin's "Premam" have been nominated among the best films of 2015. VK Prakash's "Nirnayakam," Jayasurya's "Su Su Sudhi Vathmeekam," Amala Paul's "Mili" and Dileep's "Chandrettan Evideya" have also found spots in the nomination list this year.
