New Delhi, Jan 25 (ANI): The Uttar Pradesh Government has elevated three Ministers of State from Muslim community to the cabinet rank and also inducted a new Muslim face in the Ministry. Reacting over this BJP leader Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi termed it as a "gimmick" with an eye on elections.
