Rio De Janeiro, June 20 (ANI): Torrential rain didn't kill the party mood in Rio de Janeiro's FIFA Fan Fest on the city's Copacabana beach as Uruguay fans celebrated their team's victory over England. Uruguay's Luis Suarez struck twice including a dramatic late winner to earn Uruguay a 2-1 victory over England in the pulsating World Cup Group D match in Sao Paulo. The result left England, bottom of the group and with little hope of reaching the last 16. Some England fans continued to enjoy the party atmosphere on the beach, but many were left looking subdued and disappointed as the rain poured down.
