Visakhapatnam, Mar 9 (ANI): As many as 18 Maoist cadres laid down arms before the police in Andhra Pradesh said a senior officer in Visakhapatnam. The Superintendent of Police, Vikram Jeet Duggal, said that the rebels decided to shun violence and join the mainstream society as they were disillusioned with Maoist activities.
