"The 100" has been on a break since Season 3 episode 8 "Terms and Conditions" was aired Thursday, March 10, 2016. To make up for it, the upcoming episode 9 is expected to be epic, with Bellamy (Bob Morley) finding his way back to his friends and Lincoln (Ricky Whittle) taking his last breath.

Season 3 of "The 100" has been all about a hope for peace that Lexa (Alycia Debnam-Carey) and Clarke (Eliza Taylor) tried to bring for the Grounders and Skaikru. However, the new chancellor of Arkadia, Pike (Michael Beach), completely ruined their plans by acting on his insecurities and now a war is brewing among the two groups.

Meanwhile, Lexa, who had planned on implementing a new motto, "Blood must not have blood," within the Grounder community, died in episode 7, cutting the wedge between Grounders and Skaikru deeper. Fortunately though, as of "Terms and Conditions," Bellamy has come to the conclusion that the leader he rooted for is not good for his people.

Pike spreads messages of hate and war among the Skaikru, even turning friends and lovers against each other. Bellamy had believed that his aggressive form of ruling was what it would take for the Sky People to survive in their new world. However, when Pike ordered the execution of his friend and old chancellor Kane (Henry Ian Cusick), Bellamy finally learned that Pike was a ruthless dictator who would turn against anyone to achieve his goals.

In the upcoming Season 3 episode 9 "Stealing Fire" that will be aired Thursday, March 31, Bellamy and Monty (Christopher Larkin), who was also a member of Pike's army, will execute a plan to save Kane, Lincoln and Sinclair (Alessandro Juliani) from execution.

Reagrdless, Season 3 episode 9 might prove to be Lincoln's last episode in the show, considering Ricky Whittle has quit the show. Moreoever, an escape attempt is as good a time as any to get killed on "The 100."

In the promo for the "Stealing Fire" that has been shared on the "The 100" Facebook page, Octavia (Marie Avgeropoulos) spits at her brother Bellamy, "You're the reason they need saving." She is clearly upset about the predicament that her lover Lincoln is in.

It also foreshadows another upcoming scene (at 2:15 in the video below) that was an integral part of the official trailer for Season 3. In it, Octavia beats her brother to a pulp as he passively takes all the beating before declaring to Bellamy, "You are dead to me." All things considered, "Inside Fire" would be the episode that would mark the end of Lincoln and with it, the Lincoln-Octavia love story.
